We stand for the little things – both in our products and in this life, and we believe those simple acts are the necessary steps that makes the world so great. In sourcing organic, providing minimal processing, using better oils, practicing sustainability, and nurturing our communities, we concentrate on doing the little things right day after day.

Dr. Praeger’s was founded over 30 years ago by two heart surgeons who saw their patients struggle to eat better. They knew that healthier options would only do people good if they were delicious enough for everyone to enjoy. Today, they continue to craft the food adults and kids alike love that just happens to be made with veggies.

Dr. Praeger’s is focusing on Sowing Wellness: Growing Health from the Ground Up, an interactive wellness experience focused on the benefits of gardening, fresh fruits and vegetables, and nutrition. Following the educational portion, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a hands-on garden activity that supports Good Deeds Day, offering a meaningful way to give back to the community.

For Good Deeds Day, Chomps team members across the U.S. will be participating in a variety of volunteer activities that support people, communities, and the planet. Because we’re a fully remote team, employees will choose an activity meaningful to them — such as park or beach cleanups, recycling events, community garden support, food bank volunteering, or local environmental initiatives. Our goal is to empower everyone to take action in their own communities while contributing collectively to Earth Month. The Chomps team will share photos and stories from their activities to celebrate our impact together.
